<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/6465b1165">Remove revid from DataAccess::parse* and preprocess* signatures

* The revid is implicitly available via PageConfig. So, use it from
  that object.

* Callers of parseWikitext and preprocessWikitext weren&#39;t passing it in
  in any case which was causing page parses to be parsed with a missing
  revid which leads the REVISIONID magic word to return &#39;&#39;. Certain
  templates use this to infer preview mode which cause preview-mode
  messages to be displayed in parsed output.

* Verified that this change to the signature fixes the problem where templates
  infer preview mode because of absence of a revision id.

  This also adds back the category link tags that the Parsoid/JS output
  had which the Parsoid/PHP output was missing.
