<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/26008c2c5">Fix preg_replace backreference ambiguities in MetaHandler

* The ambiguity was causing round trip test failures.
* Added a phpunit regression tests for just this scenario - could have
  also created a parser test, but it feels that this is better coded
  as a php unit test than cluttering the parser tests file.
* &#39;git grep -A2 preg_replace | grep &quot;\$1&quot;&#39; indicates that this is
  the only such instance in the codebase.
