[INTERNAL] sslUtil: Use "yesno" instead of "prompt" module (#243)

The "prompt" module comes with several dependencies and has features
which are not required here.
Therefore the "yesno" module is more suitable as it adresses exactly our
use case and has no further npm dependencies.
