DS-2663 Add logical toggle to validate entity mentions against token output

The token output also identifies entities on the single word level and it doesn't classify personal pronouns as entities. Validating the entity mentions output against the token output will remove the personal pronouns from the extraction. Implemented via an argument `entity.mentions.only = FALSE` in `NERAnnotate`. Default is `FALSE`, setting to `TRUE` will give all entity mentions.
