Grand refactor

- Added many more SwiftLint linter rules and modified code to conform to them.
- Refactored Logic, Graph, Tree, and MultiwayTree files to only use Lists where absolutely needed. This should boost overall performance and reduce unneded complexity.
- Created a new AssertionHelpers.swift file to house testing-related assertion functions. Added an XCTAssertEmpty function to it.
- Removed either function - it wasn't being used.
