Update Travis settings

- install zlib dev headers, so we don't have to compile it each time
- ... but keep one test that doesn't install gmp, readline, zlib, to ensure we
  can build our own (for gmp, zlib) resp. work without it (readline)
- update comments for testpackages jobs
- in the 32bit testpackages job, also run testinstall-loadall
- in both testpackages job, re-enable coverage reporting (it should work
  again thanks to using bionic, and passing --coverage in the CXXFLAGS)
- drop 32bit GMP for anupq -- anupq doesn't force 32bit builds anymore
