- changed the documentation of `DirectoriesPackagePrograms` and
  `DirectoriesPackageLibrary`, such that it is clear that one gets either
  no directory or just one

- fixed the (not testable) manual example for `DirectoriesPackagePrograms`

- and beautified the name of a local variable
