Update publish npm script to properly deploy dist/ dir

The previous publish script would properly publish the dist/ dir, but would print multiple errors afterwards. 'cd'-ing into the dist/ dir and then running vanilla 'npm publish' removes these errors since it allows the publish command to function normally
