Commit Message

Fix `ArraySequenceHandler` to not use to array casting.

- The `null` value will be ignored.
- An empty array will be ignored to prevent the splat operator to generate a array unpacking error.
- An array is will be transformed into an indexed one.
- other than `null` or an `array` will be converted into an indexed array of 1 element. (which can be unpacked with the splat operator)
