Fixed ImportWarning on tests/unit/utils

Details:

* In tests/unit, there is a utils.py module and a utils subdirectory
  that is not a Python package. The utils directory is used but by
  building the path to it in test_server_cmds.py and by using its
  files as mock files. This situation causes an ImportWarning to be
  issued on Python 2.7 (not on 3.7) when importing from module utils.

  This change renames the utils directory to testmock, resolving the
  ambiguity for Python.
