<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/644000b41">Replace TokenUtils::getTokenType with instanceof or is_string

* Performance of get_class and getTokenType is at least 3x worse
  than instanceof or is_string check of token types.

* Did not replace getTokenType in places where the string result
  was used in switch and case as well as multiple if statements
  as no performance improvement would be accomplished.
