<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/cfd103701">parse.php: Add a trailing &quot;\n&quot; when we are operating in a TTY context

* html-emitting paths were unconditionally emitting &quot;\n&quot;
  but wt-emitting paths weren&#39;t.

* This patch fixes that by matching parse.js behavior which is
  the desired behavior so our CLI prompt doesn&#39;t dangle on the
  middle of a line which can be annoying.

* This Parsoid/JS-matching behavior also eliminates chasing ghost bugs
  because of the trailing newline difference in CLI output.
