* Trust in GDAL's reference counting

Towards resolving #1799

* Require GDAL 2

* Revert to local dataset handle

* Run tests under gdb

* Implement GDALDatasetH reference counting in stop()

This keeps datasets used in a WarpedVRT from crashing GDAL and
Python when they are closed before the VRT.

* Bump version

* Remove gdb
