Fix PasswordProperty save routine

The `password_hash()` function can not rehash a password that is already hashed.

Added:
- Method `isHashed()` to check if the algorithm can not be recognized (which could mean its plain-text)
- Method `isValid()` to validate a password against a hash and rehash the value if needed
- Method `getMaxLength()` to force a 72 character maximum for the BCRYPT algorithm

Changed:
- Method `save()` to check if value is plain and hash it accordingly
