<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/89b1895a7">Add --trace --dump and --debug command line option support

* Addresses 3 Phab ticket T228217 items

* Changed the Parsoid/JS --trace parameters sync:1, async:2 and
  sync:3 to new Parsoid/PHP trace parameters ttm:1, ttm:2 and ttm:3

* Functionality should match Parsoid/JS. Lightly tested against
  some large WT files with a variety of trace, debug and dump
  parameters.
