Export singlestat ValueMap and Column Types, CommonPannel and fix tests (#35) by @y3llowcake

* export ValueMap type

* Fix test formatting

* Alert panel: add filtering by alert name or dashboard tag.

* Export column types.

* Introduce sparkline thresholds.

The single-stat panel supports thresholds on the sparkline.
If a threshold is absent, the threshold is automatically derived
by grafana, based on the rendered line.

* Publish CommonPanel.

Having this type public makes it easier to create factory methods,
as they can now do opaque propagation of the CommonPanel.
