Support array and object property values (#10)

* Added Entity.enhancedProperties to support array and object property values

Also models Booleans explicitly rather than as strings.
Added tests.

* Fix serialization

Simplified serialization implementation:
- include array, objects properties via enhancedProperties
- use joinToString to avoid misplaced commas

New suite of tests for serialization (removed old ones)

* Increment versions to 2.0.0

For main lib (ksiren) and parsing adapters (gson and moshi)
