Updated to work with serverless-plugin-split-stacks. (#13)

* Updated to work with serverless-plugin-split-stacks. Adds ApiGatewayRestApiId to stack output. If rest api id is not found as part of the origional method then it checks the output variables.

* Bumped version. Updated tests to include testing the newly added split stacks check.

* Updated tests to cover 100%.
