Travis: Remove some redundant jobs

* unroll the rust matrix job into matrix: include:
  * switch that rust job to macOS, because we have seen macOS rust failures
* combine the asciidoc and rust distcheck jobs
* remove the --disable-module-dirauth rust job

Closes 31859 for 0.3.5.
