Merge pull request #82 from hwagit/hyperspy-ext-setup

Add HyperSpy extension file and to setup.py.

This way, we can cast a `hyperspy.signals.Signal2D` signal to a `EBSD` signal, if the user has installed KikuchiPy, following the procedure explained here https://github.com/hyperspy/hyperspy/pull/2180#issuecomment-494727083. Casting to `LazyEBSD` does not yet work, however this might be due to a lack of `s.as_lazy()` method, which we should overwrite from HyperSpy.
