Commit Message

gac: better C++ support

- support *.cxx file suffix
- honor GAP_CXXFLAGS
- use GAP_CXX to compile C++ code, not GAP_CC plus `-x c++`, which
  is not supported by all compilers
- use C++ for linking, as GAP itself now does
- get more settings from sysinfo.gap
