Js linting (#465)

* Adds eslint, will fail CI
* Removes package-lock.json which was generated by npm during the es lint install.
* Yarn package update
* Add jest, jquery and Blacklight as global variables which fixed 88 of our errors in eslint
* Changes max length to 120
* Not part of ES Lint, but, this fixes a problem I noticed in console of $ being undefined
* Fixes: error  'event' is defined but never used  no-unused-vars
* Fixes for Maximum allowed is 120 max-len
