#77: Add graphical user interface.

* Fixed layout to render properly independent of system font size by switching to grid geometry manager. However, for some reason this breaks resizing so as a workaround the window is not resizeable for now.
* Change file dialogs to preserve the chosen file upon reopening.
* Removed various dialogs and changed them to messages in the validation result log.
* Added that CID and data entries in GUI use optional paths specified at command line.
