Merge branch 'datadag'

Merge back in all of the commits and changes made to pytokio over the course of
the datadag paper project.  Notably,

- Dropped support for python2, added formal support for python-3.5
- Added support for YAML-based config file with env var expansion
- Added support to Darshan connector to only subselect certain modules and/or counters; enabled this in cli.cache_darshan via --modules and --counters arguments
- Darshan connector now does not load the entire ASCII dump of darshan-parser into memory
- Bugfixes for HPSS connectors
- Can now enumerate dated files using globs
- Added support for non-bulk database inserts to cli.index_darshanlogs to enable interruptible indexing
- Added more tests for various new and existing functionality
