Commit Message

Code coverage using gcov and coveralls.

The current coverage only apply to the tests files since I had a hard time at
trying to build the same static library (libvalum) with and without
-ftest-coverage gcc flags. The solution is probably a build with a
'--enable-gcov' option.

Adds a coveralls.io badge in the README.md.
