Fix requests urllib3 ssl warning on Ubuntu 14.04

Ubuntu 14.04 has Python 2.7.3 which causes security warning on SSL connections
together with urllib3.
Following additional packages are needed on smaller than Python 2.7.9:
yOpenSSL
ndg-httpsclient
pyasn1
