Update extractor to use multi cores

Using the same callback structure from the optimized reducer script, multi core processing has been added to the extraction script.

In testing I saw no speed imporvements in extraction regadrless of how many cores I used (test set was PW data).  I don't think many of the extractors are very CPU heavy.
