Sasbury misc (#188)

* Added random name to init if no name is set
* Added random name option to add user and add account using *
* Added --nats flag for tools

In the future we should refactor this, but i am not sure how to replicate the patterns so putting the feature in for now.

* Added some examples for expiration help
