[roundtrip-test] Normalize HTML for quick no-semantic-diff test * Before doing detailed comparison of wikitext diff blocks (returned by simplediff/jsDiff) for semantic/syntactic significance, do a quick test first by comparing parsoid-normalized old/new HTML to see if they differ. If they don't, then the diffs are clearly entirely syntactic. * For pages without any real semantic errors, this patch will eliminate false positive semantic error reports currently being seen in rt-testing. But, it does nothing for pages that have at least one real semantic error. * Also did a bunch of code cleanup (variables, formatting) of the functions that I touched.
