Pruning cell choices (#20)

* Importing from itertools

* Only add origin cell or flipped origin cell instead of both to cell_choices

* Converting mesh patts without shadings into perms and include Av(subperms) in cell_choices

* Removed get_tiling method

* Moving bitstring to the front in print_outcome function for visualisation purposes

* New clean_patts method to trim down equivalent permutations and mesh patterns

* Using MeshTiling.clean_patts to generate no redundant active cell options

* Patch version bump
