Travis: disable obsoletes in one of GAP invocations

For the purpose of extracting examples from GAP manuals for future
testing, GAP can be started with `-O -A`. If an obsolete variable
will reappear in the GAP library, depending on the severity of the
problem, either GAP will terminate in case of an error, and the test
will fail, or a warning will appear, what should be manually checked
by inspecting the log.
