Sidebar "more xxx ..." links go to top anchor.

So that, e.g., if user is viewing Jobs page and clicks on the
"more jobs ..." link in the sidebar, the browser scrolls to the
top of the page. W/o this, there's no visible change after
clicking "more jobs ...", since the Jobs page is being displayed
already.
