Upgrade Test (#231)

* Upgrade Test

Adds a "upgrade-test" make target.

The upgrade test
1. Deploys the HCO using a local catalog source and the latest version
of the hyperconverged-cluster-operator image on quay.io.
2. Creates a new hyperconverged-cluster-operator image based on
the contents of PR + master.
3. Clones the olm-catalog/latest-version directory to create a new
version that will be upgraded to.
4. Creates a new local catalog source that incorporates the new version.
5. Patches the running HCO catalog source to use the new image.
6. Validates that the HCO subscription installs the new version.
7. Validates that the HCO operator runs the new image.

* Add additional checks to improve reliability

* Update clean.sh so that it doesn't freeze

* Remove deletes on catalog-operator pod as it is unnecessary

* Add upgrade test to STDCI

* Change image check for hco-operator deployment after upgrade

The deployment name have version number now.

* Remove commented lines

* Wait for hco-catalogsource pod to come up before checking condition

* Refactor cleanup script

Deleting kubevirt-hyperconverged namespace hangs. Removed delete.

Deleting deploy/crds/machine.crd.yaml also hangs. Changed the deletion
of manifests under deploy/crds to not include deploy/crds/machine.crd.yaml.

* Add debugging info, description, and license
