Address Book/script.js: update for new contract

* Add handler for `EntryUpdated`
* Update `loadEntryData` to read from ipfs instead of getting entry data
  from emitted event
* Add `shared/utils` folder with `ipfs.js` file to be used by components
  or background workers (this borrows from the ipfs setup in Projects)
* Add `axios` and `ipfs-http-client` to
  `apps/address-book/package.json`, since it now imports
  `shared/utils/ipfs.js`, which has this dependency (someday when
  `shared` is turned into a separate package, Address Book will depend
  on it instead of its individual dependencies)
