Initial Buildout Phase

Continuing to build out the agent and wrapper implementation.
Added some tests for the RPC bits and a test of the agent itself,
and removed the asyncore dependency (because it behaves strangely
and is deprecated anyways) for socketserver which should be OK.
Still need significantly more tests.
