Fix imports to be absolute (#1218)

* Fix imports to be absolute

Somehow, these imports worked. I think Django does some magic to include
`ozone` in the import path, and pytest does not. At first glance the app
works fine with the correct imports too.

* Ask pytest to ignore the `frontend` folder
