resolve #3 - clarify API version in documentation

GoCardless are working on v2 of their basic API, which will be a
subset (permission based) of the Pro API - this is fundamentally
different to the Basic v1 API so need to clarify here that this
lib will only work with the GoCardless Basic v1 API

a new distribution will be created for the Basic v2 and Pro APIs
probably under the namespace Business::GoCardless::Pro
