<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/7072ff197">Fix getParameterizedAliasMatcher in extension SiteConfig

* img_upright on enwiki may be used without a $1 alias.

  The alias matcher is supposed to reject such aliases.
  This is recognized by the fact that matchVariableStartToEnd
  returns false.

  See includes/MagicWordArray/parseMatch which uses
  a next($m) which returns false when the array $m no longer has any
  array elements.

* This was causing all the crashers on scandium for very many pages.
  I temporarily enabled exception tracing and dumped some exception
  traces to trace and fix this.

* With this fix, those pages don&#39;t crash anymore.
  Tried with enwiki:Berlin and enwiki:Barack_Obama.
