Desktop Library | Mouse Over Functionality (#51)

* Removed some inherited keywords that are not useful for windows automation

* Mouse over actions initial commit

* Fixed the mouse over by text

* Forgot the double click part of these tests

* Probably should uncomment these tests

* A couple more tests for coverage

* doc cleanup

* Context click (right click) options

* And a robot test example for right click

* mouse over point, click, right-click, double click

* merged the offset keywords into the others since we were duplicating a lot of functionality

* Unit tests for the new move private method

* Click and right-click a point with offset

* Slight test fix

* drag and drop and drag and drop by offset
