Revises Client & Agent Models

This commit revises the client model and agent model initialization to fix an issue populating the concurrency setting.

This commit also adds additional testing to ensure the correct agent properties are set in the future.

This commit should fix the concurrency issue reported in Luidog/node-red-contrib-filemaker#22.
