Grid cache update management command: allow optional parallelization

The --jobs parameter allows to configure the number of CPUs to be used
for individual processes. The --depth-step parameter allows to define
how many steps through the depth dimension should be done. In each
step the bounding box is queried again and used as local bounds for
grids.
