cwd awareness (#161)

* modified tool to be cwd aware

- if you are in a directory that immediately has an operator under it, the stores dir is set to it
- if you are in a sub directory belonging to an operator, the stores dir is set to the operator's parent dir
- anywhere else, uses the set preference

* modified to also include the account

* added nsc env information specifying if the context is driven by the cwd

* removed unused fields - renamed "Entity" to name as it is always the store name.
