Update salmon algorithm


The goal is to maximize distance while still trying to minimize time. So it'll show the time for `S - 1`, `S - 2`, etc. But if `S - 2` & `S - 3` have the same salmon time, only `S - 3` will be shown.

Other things:
- Added more tests before snapshots to do quick checks
- Streamlined the salmon data being snapshotted for easier comparison
- Redux keeps all the salmon routes & arrivals w/ React doing the trimming in the UI
- Only persist origin/destination stations to local storage, everything else is calculated again. Once we have UI elements for other state we can persist those too
- Include `routeId` in trains
