Version 0.2.0

+ Finished clone.rs
 - Clone will only download files, that are not already present on the datafolder
 - Uses rayon to maximise download speed (will add limit later, to prevent server bandwidth exhaustion)
* Cleaned Project to withstand Clippy
* Added Transactions and Connection reuse to sqlite.rs (~500% performance gain)
* sqlite.rs now checks if table exists (allowing multiple repos)

TODO:
 - Add update.rs (Updates repo)
 - Add run.rs (Builds repo symlinks and starts ArmA)
