Start of schema migration away from native secondary indexes

- Untested method to drop secondary indexes on a table (as that's fairly easy
  to do)
- Wired up to run asynchronously & only once per startup on existing tables.

TODO:

- Keep track of internal schema versions in meta table to make upgrades
  targeted and performant
- Also drop secondary indexes on secondary index tables (lower prio, as those
  are not likely to hit the bug)
