Changed translations:
1) a "site" stays a "site" (rather than a "web", which is no german word) in german because there is no fitting german word for it
2) a "layout" is translated as "Vorlage" (german word for template) to better describe what it is and not to clash with what Rails names layouts (which are still named "layout"s).
