Fixes when adding Weekend ETDs

- Adding new mock ETDs for most of the time frames + Saturday & Sunday
- Updated `gen-station-routes-data` to use schedules from Saturday & Sunday (since they now difer)
- Sometimes ETDs for end stations (like Antioch) would report trains heading to itself, so needed to handle that case
- When retrieving route IDs for start/end station instead of filtering out routes w/o matching color I just prioritize them last. This is because there is there are "WHITE" trains that exists which seems to be for special routes and none of the official routes are white
