[MIG] product_uoms: make installable and several changes (#237)

* [MIG] product_uoms: make installable and several changes

- set product_uoms module installable
- fix reference to odoo's group that was renamed in version 12.0
- get_product_uoms method improve, now we dont have to pass the uom record as argument
- remove readonly fro related fild, this one is already readonly by default.
- change references told model product.uom, now renamed to uom.uom
- fix misspelling error in security of the module
