Dev branch with LSP route finding optimization, more unit tests, cleaned up model.py (#16)

* added TODO

* fixed model.load_model_file

* Added optimizations for LSP routing

* making networkx G for LSPs only include interfaces with enough
reservable bandwidth. Hopefully this improves performance for finding
LSP paths

* for LSP path finding, this build checks to see if there is enough
reservable bandwidth on the shortest paths first before trying on all
paths. It worked very well. model converged in less than 2 minutes

* working on TODOs

* working TODOs and updating docstrings

* I think I have it implemented where I only have to use get_shortest_path
instead of get_all_path for LSP routing

* fixed pep8 stuff

* added more rsvp tests

* added more unit tests

* more unit test work

* added informational output for LSP routing during model
update_simulation

* commented out a lot of unused code in model.py and worked on unit tests

* cleaned up model.py

* added more tests

* added model_test_topology_2.csv to version control
