[FIX] l10n_es_aeat_sii: Apply dict rounding at other level

Doing it at taxes dictionary level, there are some values left that are not
rounded, like 'CuotaDeducible'. We apply the rounding over the top dictionary,
also avoiding to duplicate some code.
